Standard Temperature Tube Membrane Reactor

Ideal for water-gas shift reaction or mthanol-water refoming between 200° C and 550° C; Maximum pressure: 300 psi at 350° C. Selectivity to hydrogen: 100%. Each membrane tube is .08" diameter by 7" tall. Stainless steel construction, 12" tall x 3⁄4" or 1" diameter diameter; designed for convenient catalyst addtion and exchange.

  • Four Tube: Reactor H2 output: 1 slpm.
  • Seven Tube: Reactor H2 output: 2 slpm.
  • Ten Tube: Reactor H2 output: 3 slpm.

Options: Taller reactors, 20" for use with furnace, add $150. Disassemblable reactors. Allows easy exchange of membranes, add $2,500.

High Temperature Membrane Reactor

Ideal for higher pressure methanol or ethanol reforming, or ammonia cracking between 200° C and 700° C; Maximum pressure: 350 psi at 400° C; Selectivity to hydrogen: 100%. Each membrane tube is .125" diameter by 7" tall. Inconel construction, 12" x 1" diameter. Stainless steel construction, 10" tall x 1" diameter; 1/4" Swagelok connections for bleed and pure H2 outlet' 3/8" connection for feed and catalyst addtion and exchange. Internal TC well.

  • Seven Tube: Reactor H2 output: 2 slpm.

Single Tube Membrane Reactor

The lowest cost way to evaluate catalysts for use in membrane reactors. Available in low temperature (200-450° C) or high temperature (200-700° C) versions, stainless steel or inconel construction. Customized solutions are also available.

  • Small, Low Temperature Microreactor for Catalyst Evaluation: 1/4" diameter by 8" tall; contains one membrane tube .079" diam. by 1.1" tall. Designed to test .75 to 1 cc of catalyst. Reactor H2 output: 50 sccm. Swagelok connedtions, use with external TC.
  • Tall, High Temperature Membrane Reactor for catalyst evaluation: 1/2" diam. by 20" tall, inconel construction; contains one high temperature membrane tube .125" diam by 7" tall. Reactor H2 output: 300 scc/min. Swagelok connedtions, use with external TC.
